نحترم خصوصيتك ونلتزم بنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية (PDPL) في السعودية. توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نجمعها وكيف نستخدمها ونحميها.
البيانات التي نجمعها
رقم الجوال (للتسجيل)، والاسم والمدينة (اختياري)، وبيانات الاستخدام مثل المفضّلة والكوبونات والتقييمات واللغة، وبيانات الكاش باك (الطلبات المنسوبة لك عبر معرّف مجهول)، وبيانات تقنية أساسية.
كيف نستخدم بياناتك
لتسجيل دخولك، وحفظ مفضّلتك، وحساب الكاش باك المستحق لك، وإرسال إشعارات العروض (يمكنك إيقافها)، وتحسين الخدمة بشكل مجمّع.
تتبّع الكاش باك
عند انتقالك لمتجر عبر رابط كاش باك، نُرفق معرّفاً مجهولاً خاصاً بحسابك لتُنسب عملية الشراء إليك. لا نطّلع على تفاصيل سلتك ولا بيانات دفعك.
مشاركة البيانات
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشارك رقم جوالك مع المتاجر. نشارك الحد الأدنى الضروري فقط مع مزوّدي خدمة: Supabase، ومزوّد رسائل SMS، وشبكات التسويق بالعمولة (عبر المعرّف المجهول فقط).
الاحتفاظ والحماية
نحتفظ ببياناتك طوال نشاط حسابك وبالقدر اللازم نظاماً، ونطبّق إجراءات حماية معقولة.
حقوقك
وفق PDPL، لك حق الوصول لبياناتك وتصحيحها وحذف حسابك وسحب موافقتك. للتواصل راسلنا عبر قناة الدعم.
الأطفال والتحديثات
الخدمة غير موجّهة لمن هم دون 18 عاماً. قد نحدّث هذه السياسة وسنُشعرك بالتغييرات الجوهرية.

Privacy Policy
Introduction
We respect your privacy and comply with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of Saudi Arabia. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use and protect it.
Data We Collect
Mobile number (for sign-up), name and city (optional), usage data such as favorites, coupons, ratings and language, cashback data (orders attributed via an anonymous identifier), and basic technical data.
How We Use Your Data
To sign you in, save your favorites, calculate your cashback, send offer notifications (which you can turn off), and improve the service in aggregate.
Cashback Tracking
When you go to a store via a cashback link, we attach an anonymous identifier tied to your account so the purchase can be attributed to you. We do not see your cart or payment details.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your data or share your mobile number with stores. We share the necessary minimum with service providers: Supabase, an SMS provider, and affiliate networks (via the anonymous identifier only).
Retention & Security
We retain your data while your account is active and as legally required, with reasonable protection measures.
Your Rights
Under the PDPL you can access and correct your data, delete your account, and withdraw consent. Contact us via support.
Children & Updates
The service is not directed to anyone under 18. We may update this policy and will notify you of material changes.
