الفرق بين الكوبون والكاش باك
الكوبون = خصم فوري تطبّقه عند الدفع. الكاش باك = مبلغ يعود لمحفظتك بعد إتمام الطلب. لا يُجمع الاثنان على نفس الطلب.
متى يُحتسب الكاش باك
يُحتسب فقط على العروض الموسومة صراحةً بـ«كاش باك»، وعند انتقالك للمتجر من زر العرض داخل «أرخص» وإتمام الشراء بنفس الجلسة. العروض والكوبونات لا تمنح كاش باك.
النسبة والمبلغ
تختلف قيمة الكاش باك حسب المتجر، وتظهر على بطاقة العرض إما كنسبة (٪) أو كمبلغ ثابت بحد أقصى لكل طلب. وقد تتغيّر القيم في أي وقت.
الحالة: معلّق ثم مؤكّد
يظهر الكاش باك أولاً «معلّقاً»، ويتحوّل «مؤكّداً» بعد تأكيد المتجر/الشبكة وانتهاء فترة الإرجاع (قد تصل عدة أسابيع). الطلبات المُلغاة أو المُرجعة لا تمنح كاش باك.
شروط الاستحقاق
يجب أن تكون مسجّل الدخول قبل الانتقال للمتجر. لا نضمن احتساب الكاش باك إذا عطّلت التتبّع، أو فتحت المتجر من مصدر آخر، أو استخدمت كوبوناً خارجياً.
السحب
يمكنك سحب رصيد الكاش باك المؤكّد عند بلوغ الحد الأدنى المعلن، عبر الوسائل المتاحة (مثل بطاقات الهدايا).
إساءة الاستخدام
نحتفظ بحق مراجعة أو تعليق أو إلغاء أي كاش باك أو حساب عند الاشتباه بالتلاعب أو الاحتيال أو الطلبات الوهمية.
تعديل السياسة
قد نحدّث قيم الكاش باك وقواعده والمتاجر المشمولة في أي وقت، وتسري من تاريخ نشرها.

Cashback & Coupons Policy
Coupon vs. Cashback
A coupon is an instant discount at checkout. Cashback is an amount returned to your wallet after the order completes. The two are not combined on the same order.
When Cashback Applies
Cashback applies only to offers explicitly labeled cashback, when you go to the store from the offer button inside Arkhas and complete the purchase in the same session. Deals and coupons do not grant cashback.
Rate & Amount
Cashback value varies by store and is shown on the offer card as a percentage or a fixed capped amount per order. Values may change at any time.
Status: Pending then Confirmed
Cashback first appears as pending, then becomes confirmed once the store/network validates the transaction and the return window ends (can take several weeks). Cancelled or returned orders earn no cashback.
Eligibility
You must be signed in before going to the store. We cannot guarantee cashback if you disable tracking, open the store from another source, or use an external coupon.
Withdrawal
You can withdraw confirmed cashback once it reaches the announced minimum, via the available methods (such as gift cards).
Abuse
We may review, suspend, or cancel any cashback or account if we suspect manipulation, fraud, or fake orders.
Policy Changes
We may update cashback values, rules, and eligible stores at any time, effective from publication.
