حذف حساب أرخص
تقدر تطلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك في تطبيق «أرخص» بطريقتين:
الطريقة الأولى: داخل التطبيق
افتح التطبيق و ادخل على: حسابي ← الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب، ثم أكّد.
الطريقة الثانية: عبر الدعم
أرسل طلب حذف من رقم جوالك المسجّل إلى البريد: hathal1133h@gmail.com. نعالج الطلب خلال 30 يوماً.
البيانات التي تُحذف
يُحذف حسابك ورقم جوالك واسمك ومدينتك ومفضّلتك وتقييماتك بشكل نهائي.
بيانات قد نحتفظ بها
قد نحتفظ بسجلات الكاش باك والمعاملات المالية للمدة التي يلزمها النظام المحاسبي/الضريبي، ثم تُحذف.

Delete your Arkhas account
You can request deletion of your account and data in the Arkhas app in two ways:
Option 1: In the app
Open the app and go to: Account → Settings → Delete account, then confirm.
Option 2: Via support
Send a deletion request from your registered mobile number to: hathal1133h@gmail.com. We process requests within 30 days.
Data that is deleted
Your account, mobile number, name, city, favorites, and ratings are permanently deleted.
Data we may retain
We may retain cashback and financial transaction records for the period required by accounting/tax law, after which they are deleted.
