قبول الشروط
باستخدامك تطبيق أو موقع «أرخص» فإنك تقرّ بأنك قرأت هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية وسياسة الكاش باك والكوبونات ووافقت عليها. إذا لم توافق، يُرجى التوقّف عن استخدام الخدمة.
طبيعة الخدمة
«أرخص» منصّة تجمع وتعرض كوبونات وعروضاً وروابط لمتاجر ومطاعم وخدمات من أطراف ثالثة. نحن وسيط عرض فقط ولسنا بائعاً ولا طرفاً في أي عملية شراء؛ تتم المعاملة مباشرة بينك وبين المتجر وتخضع لشروطه.
الإفصاح عن العمولة
قد نحصل على عمولة تسويق بالعمولة عند شرائك عبر بعض الروابط. هذا لا يزيد السعر عليك، وفي حالات محددة نعيد جزءاً من العمولة لك كـ«كاش باك».
دقّة العروض
نسعى لتحديث العروض، لكننا لا نضمن صلاحية أي كوبون أو نسبة خصم أو توفّر منتج؛ والمتجر صاحب القرار النهائي.
الحساب والاستخدام
يتم الدخول برقم الجوال ورمز تحقق. أنت مسؤول عن حسابك. يُمنع استخدام الخدمة لأي غرض غير مشروع أو التلاعب أو نسخ المحتوى تجارياً دون إذن.
الملكية الفكرية
اسم «أرخص» وشعاره ومحتواه الأصلي مملوكة لنا. شعارات المتاجر تخص أصحابها وتُعرض للتعريف فقط.
حدود المسؤولية
تُقدّم الخدمة «كما هي». لا نتحمّل مسؤولية نزاعات أو أضرار ناتجة عن تعاملك مع المتاجر أو انقطاع الخدمة، في حدود ما يسمح به النظام.
القانون المطبّق والتعديلات
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وأي نزاع يخضع لاختصاص محاكمها. قد نحدّث الشروط وسنُشعرك بالتغييرات الجوهرية.

Acceptance of Terms
By using the Arkhas app or website you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cashback & Coupons Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
Nature of the Service
Arkhas is a platform that aggregates and displays coupons, deals, and links to third-party stores, restaurants, and services. We are a display intermediary only — not a seller and not a party to any purchase. Transactions happen directly between you and the store.
Affiliate Disclosure
We may earn an affiliate commission when you purchase through some links. This does not increase your price, and in specific cases we return part of that commission to you as cashback.
Accuracy of Offers
We work to keep offers current, but we do not guarantee the validity of any coupon, discount rate, product availability, or price. The store has the final decision on accepting a coupon.
Account & Use
Sign-in uses your mobile number and a verification code. You are responsible for your account. You may not use the service unlawfully, attempt manipulation, or copy/commercially exploit the content without permission.
Intellectual Property
The Arkhas name, logo, and original content are owned by us. Store logos belong to their owners and are shown for identification only.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for disputes or damages arising from your dealings with stores or service interruptions.
Governing Law & Changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia and its courts. We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes.
