The difference between a coupon and cashback
A coupon is an instant discount applied at checkout. Cashback is an amount returned to your wallet after order completion. The two cannot be combined on the same order.
When is cashback calculated?
Cashback is only calculated on offers explicitly labeled "Cashback," and only when you navigate to the store using the "Cheapest" button and complete your purchase in the same session. Offers and coupons do not provide cashback.

Cashback amounts vary by store and are displayed on the offer card either as a percentage (%) or a fixed maximum amount per order. Values may change at any time.
Status: Pending then Confirmed
Cashback initially appears as "pending" and becomes "confirmed" after confirmation from the store/network and the end of the return period (which can take several weeks). Cancelled or returned orders do not qualify for cashback.
Eligibility requirements
You must be logged in before proceeding to the store. We do not guarantee cashback if you disable tracking, access the store from another source, or use an external coupon.
withdrawals
You can withdraw your confirmed cashback balance when you reach the advertised minimum, through available means (such as gift cards).
abuse
We reserve the right to review, suspend, or cancel any cashback or account in cases of suspected manipulation, fraud, or bogus requests.
Policy amendment
We may update the cashback values, rules, and participating stores at any time, effective from the date of publication.

Cashback applies only to offers explicitly labeled cashback, when you go to the store from the offer button inside Arkhas and complete the purchase in the same session. Deals and coupons do not grant cashback.
Rate & Amount
Cashback value varies by store and is shown on the offer card as a percentage or a fixed capped amount per order. Values may change at any time.
Status: Pending then Confirmed
Cashback first appears as pending, then becomes confirmed once the store/network validates the transaction and the return window ends (can take several weeks). Cancelled or returned orders earn no cashback.
